Customer reviews for ZOLL AED 3

  • The large display consumes a lot of energy. The high battery consumption increases the maintenance costs.

  • Very many voice instructions unlike other AED's.

  • More than 1.30 minutes elapse before the first shock is delivered and the CPR feedback indicator is displayed at the upper right corners of the screen. The display is extremely small and poorly visible.

  • Great AED. Unfortunately, the CPR feedback indicator does not give the user any feedback about chest compressions performed too deep or too fast.

  • The Wifi is chargeable. The use of the Wifi monitoring leads to a reduction of the battery capacity to about 40%.

  • Very expensive electrodes when used. Not suitable for first responder operations.

  • The ZOLL AED 3 is not multilingual. No voice dial button available in use.

  • No conventional batteries like the previous model ZOLL AED Plus.

  • The switch button allows both adults and children to be defibrillated with the same electrodes.

  • The electrodes supplied are not the same as those used by the ambulance service. No exchange possible.

  • The device has turned out very large.

  • Software updates are done via USB port on the device. Simple and practical!

  • Great defibrillator with a few pitfalls! Especially suitable for medical professionals.

  • The application of the electrodes/CPR sensor on a child seems very complicated. There is a risk of incorrect placement.

  • The green tick is not shown in the status display

  • A protective and carrying bag is not included as standard.

  • Defi with Real CPR Help (CPR support) for high-quality cardiac massage. Not suitable for laypersons.

  • The operation of a ZOLL AED is complicated and not suitable for everyone. Thanks to the professional advice and extensive training from resQshock, we now feel able tothis device

  • Failure of voice output and display
