It happened at home on 21 July 2019: a cosy summer Sunday with dog walking, terrace chill and the anticipation of cooking dinner together. What felt like a malaise ended up on the sofa and resulted in Jürg's unconsciousness with respiratory arrest, so Jaqueline had to act courageously.
Her husband's life was hanging by a silk thread and she was all alone with him. Her intensive cardiac massage and the alarm to the ambulance, which fortunately was already on the scene after a short time with a defibrillator, brought Jürg back to life.

It is a hard and rocky road back to full life and requires a lot of patience to recover and come to terms with the fact that Jürg almost died.
