Before dialling 144, you should briefly prepare yourself for possible questions and collect the information, despite your excitement. The professional who answers your call will ask you questions about the emergency and the patient's condition:
- Where exactly is the emergency location?
- What is your callback number?
- What exactly happened?
Follow the advice of the professionals
Until the arrival of the rescue service, the specialists will stay on the phone with you if possible and necessary. In doing so, they give advice on safe or correct behaviour and help you to carry out immediate life-saving measures.
